We offer a complete relocation service including crate hire. Moving any business requires considerable planning and resources. At Dragonfly, we've helped both large and small businesses relocate, and have expertise in planning and logistics. Our team of experienced fitters can unassemble your existing desks, and reassemble at your new site. We can help you with space planning your new site, and also ensure that any additional requirements can be pre-empted, such as more furniture, or the install of additional data points etc... Our project managers will make sure that everything runs smoothly, and people are deposited in the right place!

Furniture Audits

As part of our service we can conduct furniture audits, collecting statistics on all types and volumes of existing furniture in your office before the move. This will ensure the correct type and shape of furniture arrives at its destination - and will identify any non-conforming products such as not company standard or broken furniture. In addition, it will highlight what new furniture is required for your new office space. All of this can be provided on a space plan for the new building to make it easier when relocating the furniture. We are on hand to make sure everything goes to the right place.

Move Management

Crate Hire Services

When it comes to moving office we've got all of your crate hire, packaging and storage needs covered. We supply heavy duty plastic rental crates that come in a wide variety of sizes and are both versatile and practical; ideal for packing your office items into and because our removal crates are plastic, your contents will be safely stored inside and much less likely to suffer any moving related damage. We also supply specialist crates for moving IT and electrical equipment that are slightly bigger and stronger. All of our crates can be cable tied for added security preventing accidental/causal opening. We can deliver direct to site and pick them up when empty from another site. We are able to supply crates independent of our moving services. Call for details.
