As well as configurable conference tables and seating, we can also install fixed seating for lecture and conference rooms. These can either be custom made to suit, or they can be supplied in units that fit together. We are able to provide many different designs and styles, and have ranges to suit most budgets. Our experts can also help with flooring and room design - providing easy access to power and data. We are happy to work with other contractors and have excellent in-house ICT knowledge.

Conference Options

Reconfigurable Tables

Sometimes you will want to use a shared space for your conference area. This means that it is not always convenient to have fixed tables and seating. We have table systems that can be moved into different configurations, allowing them to be reconfigured at will. We also have tables with tilt tops that can be stacked and stored away when not being used. In addition, we can make tables in beautiful real wood veneers - so if the area is being used as a boardroom you can still make it into something inspiring.

Bespoke Solutions

We have considerable expertise in providing bespoke conferencing solutions for both conference rooms and lecture theatres. We are able to make custom items of furniture to fit the exact needs of the room layout utilising the maximum amount of space. In addition, we have block based systems that can be used to create standard shapes and designs within the room. We are able to use a variety of finishes, from hard-wearing MFCs and laminates through to real wood veneers. We are also able to produce full CAD designs and 3D renders for visualisation.

Chairs and Seating

The key to a successful conference area really does lie with the seating provided. The use of comfortable ergonomic chairs with a degree of flexibility can hugely increase the attention span and focus of the attendees. We have many different styles and designs of seating which can help to create the perfect environment. With flexible backs and seats the chairs we supply can stop the onset of fatigue and restlessness associated with long term sitting. We can also provide comfortable stacking seating that can be neatly stored away when not being used in a room that has a dual purpose.
